Can give 2 years child triphala churn? She is facing a little bit constipation, she do toilet after 2,3days once.

No. Triphala churna is generally not recommended for a 2-year-old
U can give-
Soak 3–4 black raisins in water overnight Mash well, strain, and give 1–2 teaspoons of the water in the morning Daily until stools become regular
If medicine is needed (only mild, non-irritant): Draksha Syrup (non-alcoholic) 2.5 ml once daily, preferably at night For 5–7 days only
