-Use warm sesame oil or Ayurvedic oil (Balamrit / Ksheerabala) Warm the oil in your hands, not hot. Gently massage chest, back, and soles of feet for 2–3 minutes. Avoid deep pressure; just gentle circular strokes. Can do once a day, preferably before sleep. -for proper internal medication consult with paediatrician
