My child is now 20 months old(1 and half year) , suffering wet cough , cold, fever from last 2 weeks. please help me

-Use warm sesame oil or Ayurvedic oil (Balamrit / Ksheerabala)
Warm the oil in your hands, not hot.
Gently massage chest, back, and soles of feet for 2–3 minutes.
Avoid deep pressure; just gentle circular strokes.
Can do once a day, preferably before sleep.
-for proper internal medication consult with paediatrician
