Castor oil & honey for babies, is it safe for a newborn. Does a baby need to clean the tummy. Any other suggestions would be helpful. Thank you.

-no, castor oil + honey should not be used for your baby.
About Honey -Never give honey to babies under 1 year
It can cause infant botulism, which is very serious and life-threatening
Even a tiny amount (mixed with anything) is unsafe
-Castor oil -Acts as a strong laxative
Can cause:
Severe diarrhea
Dehydration
Abdominal cramps
Absolutely not recommended for babies, especially newborns
- about baby tummy cleaning -No 😊
A newborn’s digestive system cleans and regulates itself naturally.
Babies do not need internal cleansing
Gas is very common, especially in formula-fed newborns
Occasional gas does not mean the tummy is dirty or blocked

Castor oil is very strong and can harm the baby
