Doctors' responses

Bedwetting (nocturnal enuresis) is quite common in children, especially around the age of 6, and many children outgrow it naturally. Since your daughter is 6, has no other symptoms. -Non-Medical Approaches (First-Line) These are usually tried before any medication: a. Fluid and Diet Management Limit fluids after 8 pm (especially tea, juice, or soda), even water Encourage more water earlier in the day. Ensure she empties her bladder just before bed. b. Toilet Routine Encourage regular daytime toilet breaks every 2–3 hours. Make waking up once at night easier by using a nightlight or setting a gentle alarm. c. Bladder Training Ask her to hold urine for a few minutes longer during the day to increase bladder capacity gradually. d. Positive Reinforcement Use a reward chart for dry nights rather than punishment. Avoid shaming—it can worsen stress and worsen bedwetting. — watch for 15 days If no improvement Chandanasav 5 ml twice daily after meal with upper discussed techniques.
