My baby have difficulty sleeping at night even after given Bonnisan 3 times daily. No high temperature what might be the cause?

-Since it’s less than a week, no fever, and exclusive breastfeeding, the most likely causes are: -Gas/colic -Normal growth or development phase -Hunger or needing more night feeds Mild reflux -Bonnisan doesn’t help all babies. What to do: burp well, keep baby upright after feeds, gentle tummy massage, calm bedtime routine. See a pediatrician if crying becomes persistent, feeding reduces, vomiting/diarrhea occurs, or fever appears.
