Simple understanding:
The gender of the baby is naturally determined at the time of conception and cannot be influenced by any medicine or herb. However, Ayurveda does support improving fertility and increasing the chances of healthy conception.
Putrajeevak Beej is traditionally used in Ayurveda to support reproductive health and improve fertility in both partners, but it is not meant for deciding the gender of the baby.
Simple measures that may help:
Focus on overall reproductive health. Include milk, ghee, soaked almonds, dates, and fresh home-cooked food in daily diet. Maintain regular sleep, reduce stress, and follow a calm routine. Timely intercourse during the fertile window can support conception. Avoid junk food, excessive heat exposure, and irregular habits.
Ayurvedic medicines with dose and timing:
Putrajeevak Beej Churna – 1–3 grams, once daily with milk
Ashwagandha Churna – 1 teaspoon, twice daily with warm milk
Phalaghrita – 1 teaspoon, twice daily before food with warm milk
These are traditionally used to support fertility, improve reproductive strength, and help in natural conception when combined with proper diet and lifestyle.
With proper care, conception can happen naturally over the next few months.
