I can really feel how much you’ve been through… multiple ectopics, surgeries, IVF attempts—it’s not just physical, it’s emotionally exhausting too. Your desire to heal the uterus properly before the next transfer is absolutely the right approach Let me be very honest and supportive with you: Since your tubes are removed, future pregnancy will depend on IVF implantation success And for that, the uterine environment (endometrium + inflammation + hormones) is the key factor now These are commonly helpful : ashokarishta → regulates cycle & uterus kumaryasava → supports hormones shatavari gulam → improves endometrial strength dashmoolarishta → reduces inflammation All in small, supervised doses depending on your body type If you want, I can: Design a month-by-month pre-IVF uterine healing plan With exact medicines, doses, and timing tailored to you Just tell me: Your age Weight Any reports (AMH, TSH, prolactin if available)
I am 35, turning 36 this december weight must be around 60kg am not so sure Recent tests were done in Feb 2026 Tsh 2.755 Prolactin 15.54 For amh I don’t have Recent report but it was 1.44 in May 2024
Your TSH (2.75) and prolactin (15.54) look reasonably within a workable range for IVF support But your AMH (1.44 in 2024) is outdated now — and at your age (35–36), ovarian reserve can change, even within months. Please book a personal consultation, so I can: review your full history properly analyze reports in detail design a month-by-month structured plan tailored to you And before the consultation, try to arrange: Recent AMH report (latest) — this is essential Any IVF reports / endometrial thickness records if available
Kindly note that doctors have now advised that they would do the next cycle using donor embryo
Since ivf is your only option, you must focus on improving the uterine environment to support implantation after embryo transfer. As you mentioned your cycles are now irregular, It’s important to normalise your menstrual cycle first followed by improving endometrium receptivity. To reduce inflammation - Ayurveda provides good treatment including panchakarma therapies like Virechana and Basti will help . Follow a healthy diet and Lifestyle. These definitely will improve your chances of a healthy conception. For more specific treatment plz consult
