Aapka case me irregular periods ka main reason stress + hormonal imbalance after cyst history hai. Sabse pehla step: Ek baar ultrasound scan zaroor karayein — darne ki zarurat nahi hai, yeh sirf check ke liye hai. Treatment start karein: Rajapravartini Vati 1 tablet din me 2 baar after food Ashokarishta 15 ml + 15 ml pani din me 2 baar after meals Stress control ke liye: Ashwagandha churna ½ tsp raat ko doodh ke saath Routine: proper sleep, overthinking avoid, meals regular rakhein. Isse cycle gradually regular ho jayegi.
