Your condition is due to pitta imbalance, which causes heat, redness, and inflammation in the skin. Alcohol and spicy/heavy foods aggravate pitta, worsening skin lesions. —Erythema Multiforme (Pitta aggravated) — Oral Medicines: 1) AIMIL Amypure syrup – 2 tsp twice daily after meals 2) AIMIL Purodil syrup – 2 tsp twice daily after meals —Topical treatment: 3) AIMIL Exoskin cream – apply 2–3 times daily 4) Kerala Ayurveda nalpamaradi Keram – apply once daily for cooling ----Diet & Lifestyle: Avoid alcohol, spicy, oily foods; eat cooling foods (rice, vegetables, fruits) Avoid hot sun, stress; practice gentle yoga/pranayama — Follow-Up: If fever persists or lesions worsen → seek immediate medical attention
