After hair botox, hair becomes slightly dry and sensitive, so you should use a mild, sulphate-free and hydrating shampoo to maintain moisture and avoid damage. You can choose shampoos like L’Oréal Hyaluron Moisture, Plum Coconut Milk Shampoo, or any gentle sulphate-free shampoo. Avoid harsh or deep cleansing shampoos as they can increase dryness. Do not wash hair too frequently, 2 times a week is sufficient. Always use a conditioner after shampoo. Avoid hot water and use normal or slightly warm water. At home, you can apply coconut oil or almond oil 30–40 minutes before hair wash, 1–2 times a week. This helps reduce dryness and supports hair strength. Avoid excessive heat styling for few weeks. Bhringraj churna – 1 teaspoon with warm water once daily Amla tablets – 1 tablet twice daily This will help improve hair strength and reduce mild hair fall gradually.
