●1)Yashtimadhu powder - 1/2 teaspoon; Pure almond oil - 3-4 drops; Raw milk - as needed. Mix all three ingredients to form a smooth, semi-liquid paste. This consistency helps it spread evenly on the skin. •How to Use - Cleanse face with plain water. Apply a thin layer of the paste. Let it dry for 15-20 minutes. Wash gently. 2-3 times a week is sufficient. Excessive use can tire the skin. •Almond Oil Milk Scientific Basis Licorice: Glabridin and Liquiritin regulate melanin production, reduce tyrosinase activity, and soothe inflammation. Vitamin E, Oleic Linoleic Acid, strengthens the skin barrier and prevents moisture loss. Increases absorption of active ingredients. Natural Lactic Acid (AHA) gently removes dead skin cells, smooths texture, and promotes brightness without irritation. ●Amla Honey Water Ingredients • Amla powder - 1 teaspoon • Pure honey - 1 teaspoon • Lukewarm water - 1 glass •Method of consumption Mix amla in lukewarm water. When the water cools slightly, add honey and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning.•How this formula works • Amla purifies the blood, reducing bile • Madhu Mang purifies the micro-channels. When the blood is clean, the skin automatically becomes clear. • Pigmentation • Frequent breakouts • Skin looks oily and dull ●2) Licorice-Manjistha Purification Decoction Now the second formula which directly affects blood, bile, and inflammation. •Ingredients • Licorice powder - 1/2 teaspoon • Manjistha powder - 1/2 teaspoon • Turmeric - 1 teaspoon • Cinnamon - a small piece (or a pinch of powder) • Water - 1 glassCorrect •Method of Preparation 1. Mix all ingredients with water. 2. Bring to a boil over low heat. 3. When 1 glass remains, strain. 4. When it cools slightly, add a teaspoon of pure honey. •Consumption: Never add honey to hot decoction in the morning on an empty stomach or at night before bed.
According to Ayurveda, recurrent acne is mainly due to imbalance of Pitta dosha, along with toxin accumulation (Ama) in the blood and improper digestion. Excess heat, spicy/oily foods, stress, and irregular lifestyle aggravate Pitta, leading to skin inflammation and breakouts. Treatment focuses on cooling the body, improving digestion, and detoxifying the blood through diet, lifestyle correction, and herbal support. ----Prescription —Internal Medicines: 1) Arogyavardhini Vati – 1 tab BD after food (with lukewarm water) 2) Manjistha churn – 3gm + tankan bhasam 125 mg with water after meals 3) Neem Capsule – 1 cap BD after food 4) Avipattikar Churna – 3g at bedtime with warm water (for Pitta balance) ---- Blood Purification Support: 5) Aimil Neeri Syrup – 10 ml BD after food ----External Application: 6)Neem + Tulsi face wash / gel – twice daily Apply aloe vera gel thin layer at night -----Pathya (Diet Advice) Avoid: spicy, oily, fried food, excess tea/coffee, dairy (if worsening acne) Prefer: bitter vegetables, green leafy diet, barley, amla, coconut water Drink adequate warm water ----Lifestyle Regular sleep, avoid late nights Stress control (yoga/pranayama) Keep face oil-free, avoid frequent touching ---- follow up after 15 days
