I wanna ask about breast growth my age is 26 size 30 I didn’t try anything yet but now has a plan to try the shatavari powder and can you tell me what I can do for this

Shatavari is considered a rejuvenating herb for female reproductive health and may support hormonal balance and breast tissue nourishment. –In Ayurveda, breast development is mainly linked to: Rasa and Meda dhatu nourishment (proper nutrition and fat tissue balance) Healthy digestion (Agni) Balanced hormones (Shukra/artava dhatu support) –So treatment focus is usually on: Deep nourishment (brimhana therapy) Proper diet + tonics + lifestyle, not just a single herb ---- Rx 1) Humdard jamat shabab ointment - local application around breast avoid nipple area twice a day 2) Shatavari gulam– 250 mg twice daily after food — if taking in powder form than 3 gm twice daily after meal with milk 3) Ashwagandha lehyam – 1 tsf at night with milk ----Diet advice (important) Milk + ghee, almonds, dates Protein-rich vegetarian diet Avoid fasting / very low-calorie diet — Lifestyle Gentle chest exercises (Push-ups, yoga asanas like Bhujangasana) Adequate sleep ----- follow up after 21 days
