Coriander water is generally considered cooling, gentle, and digestion-supportive, so taking it in moderate quantity is usually safe during pregnancy. However, coriander water alone should not be relied upon to control thyroid levels, especially during pregnancy. A TSH of 3.4 in early pregnancy should be monitored carefully because thyroid balance is important for the baby’s development. Simple Ayurvedic Guidance You may take 1 glass of mildly prepared coriander water once daily if it suits your digestion. Eat warm, freshly cooked, nourishing foods. Avoid excessive junk food, cold foods, and irregular meals. Include ghee, milk, soaked nuts, fruits, and adequate protein for strength and fetal nourishment. Gentle yoga, pranayama, and proper sleep help balance hormones naturally.
