Aapke symptoms sunke lagta hai ki aapko sir par psoriasis ya seborrheic dermatitis type ka condition ho sakta hai, jismein dandruff aur itching common hoti hai. Ayurveda mein isko dur karne ke liye kuch solutions hain jisse aapko madad mil sakti hai.

Pehle to aap apne diet par focus karein. Spicy aur fried foods ko avoid karein kyunki ye pitta ko bhadata hai, jo is problem ko aur badha sakta hai. Khane mein cooling foods jaise ki cucumbers, daal, sabziya aur fresh fruits, like apples and pears shamil karein.

Scalp par leakage kaise rokni hai? Kesh Kaanchuki tailam ya coconut oil mein neem patto ka paste mila ke scalp par lagayen. Yeh kyunki neem ke properties cooling aur antiseptic hai, jo aapki problem ko kam karne mein help kar sakega. Oil ko halke haath se lagayen aur 20-30 minutes ke liye chhod dein, fir gentle herbal shampoo se dhul lein.
