I have sound in left ear from last December ,ENT doctor said nothing major is there.i do not have cough but I have “ vat” .My age is 57 and weight is 67.I do counselling work.I do physical activity regularly .This sound in left ear is more when I am in closed room or car .and while sleeping at night it is there.but I do not get distrub with that .i can sleep for 6 to 7 hours
