Sounds like you’re dealing with dyplopia. Double vision can get quite bothersome, I totally get why you’d want a little help with this. While I’d definitely recommend having an ophthalmologist or neurologist take a look for anything urgent, Ayurveda can also lend a hand.

Double vision, from an Ayurvedic view, could be tied to imbalances in the Pitta dosha, considering that Pitta governs vision. To restore a sense of balance, you might want to integrate some cooling and Pitta-soothing practices into you day.

First, let’s talk diet. Aim to consume cooling foods—think cucumbers, mint leaves, and coconut water. These are not only refreshing but also tend to calm aggravated Pitta. Avoid excessive spicy, fried, or salty food as these might upset Pitta further. Incorporating Amalaki (Indian gooseberry) daily can be cooling too; it’s loaded with vitamine C, beneficial for the eyes.

Hydration is big too, keep yourself well-hydrated with room temperature water - avoid ice-cold drinks.

Eye exercises might help: Palming is a simple technique where you rub hands together till they’re warm, then gently place them over your closed eyes for warmth and relaxation.

Ghee may also lend its properties here. Using Triphala ghrita - a medicated ghee, known to be beneficial for eye health. About a teaspoon on an empty stomach in the morning might do.

Trataka, a yogic practice involving staring at a candle flame, can stengthen eye muscles. But, repeat cautiously - if any strain arises, best to ease off.

Rest is crucial, considering the strain to eyes, 7-8 hours of good night sleep is essential. And if you’re on the screens a lot, try to take breaks every 20 minutes.
