Hello Dimapl, Aapke pimple problem ko samajhne ke liye, mujhe aapke lifestyle aur diet ke baare mein zyada jaankari chahiye hogi. Kya aapko acne ke saath koi aur symptoms bhi ho rahe hain, jaise skin irritation, redness, ya hormonal changes (jaise periods ka disturbance)? Aapne jo treatments use kiye hain, unke baare mein bataiye, jaise koi creams, medicines ya home remedies, aur unka effect kya raha hai? Kya aapne apni diet mein kuch badlaav kiya hai, jaise oily ya sugary foods avoid karna, ya kisi aur cheez ko apne routine mein shamil kiya hai? Aapke stress aur anxiety levels ko manage karne ke liye koi specific routine hai ya aapko koi lifestyle changes bhi lag rahe hain? Yeh details mujhe aapke condition ko samajhne mein madad karenge aur Ayurvedic treatment plan dene mein asaani hogi.

Pimples, especially persistent ones, often stems from an imbalance in the body, particularly related to the dosha. In Ayurveda, such skin issues are frequently tied to an imbalance in Pitta dosha, which governs heat and transformation in the body. When Pitta becomes aggravated, it can lead to inflammation and acne.

First, let’s address diet, as this can play a significant role. Try to reduce intake of foods that are excessively spicy, oily, or sour, since these can aggravate Pitta further. Opt for foods that are cooling and soothing to the system, such as cucumbers, melons, green leafy vegetables, and coconut water. Incorporate more of these in your diet, alongside drinking plenty of water throughout the day to help flush out toxins.

Herbal remedies can also aid in balancing Pitta. Consider using neem or turmeric. Neem, consumed either as a capsule or applied in a paste form, can help clear toxins from the blood. Turmeric has natural anti-inflammatory properties; you can drink turmeric milk or apply a turmeric paste on the pimples directly. However, do a patch test first to ensure there’s no skin reaction.

Stress and anxiety, as you mentioned, can also contribute to skin flare-ups. Regularing practicing calming activities like yoga or pranayama (breathing exercises) can be very beneficial.Even dedicating just 10-15 minutes a day can have positive effects on your overall well-being, including your skin.

Externally, you might want to try applying sandalwood paste mixed with rose water on the affected areas, leave it for about 15-20 minutes before washing. This can bring a cooling effect and reduce inflammation.

Lastly, aim for consistent sleep and stress management, since these factors can stall your healing process. While the mind is calming down, the skin will slowly start showing improvements too. If symptoms persist, consulting with an Ayurveda specialist personally is advisable to get a treatment more tailored to your specific prakriti and imbalances.
