Kaya kalpa vati - 1 tab twice daily before food with lukewarm water Divya Keshore Guggulu - Divya Nimb Ghanvati - Take 1 tablet from each in the morning and evening on an empty stomach Divya Khadirarishta - 450 ml Mix 4 teaspoons in an equal amount of water and take after lunch and dinner. Also use Aloe vera gel on the face. If constipation should take Divya Triphala Churna 1/2 tsp with warm water at night

Hello. If ur using cosmetic face wash stop that . Instead use masoor dal atta + rose water + raw cow milk as face wash. Stop junk foods , spicy , oily foods. For 5 days take decoction of 15 seeds of black raisins with 10 ml of cator oil at night before sleep. If u get fresh aloe vera apply dailt.

Pimples ka problem jo chal raha hai wo kafi logoon ko pareshan karta hai, aur ye zaroori hai ke hum iski jadh tak jaayein, taake asar darak begin kar sake. Ayurveda kehte hai ke pimples dosha imbalances se hota hai, zyada tar Pitta dosha predominance ke wajah se. Ye ho sakta hai ki aapka agni bhi thoda disturbed ho. Toh chaliye is par discussion karte hai.

Sabse pehle, apne diet ko dekhe, kyunki kya aap biryani aur chaat, inne sab chizo ka zyada sevan kar rahe hain? Bahar ka spicy food apko temporarily acha lag sakta hai lekin Pitta ko aur activate kar sakta hai, jo pimples ko badha sakta hai. So, har din jab bht bhari masaledaar khaana mile, usko avoid karein. Instead, halka aur thanda khaana jaise kheer, moong ka daal, saag aur seasonal fresh fruits ko zyada le.

Iske alawa, ek gharelu upaay try kar sakte hain, multani mitti aur chandan powder ko milakar, rose water ke saath ek pest banaiye. Ye pest jab aap face par lagate hain aur 15-20 minutes ke liye chhod dete hain, ye aapke face ko cleanse karke soot kar sakta hai. Isse hafte me 2-3 baar karne se fayda ho sakta hai.

Stress aur anxiety, jo aapne mention ki, ye wapas aane se rokne ke liye regular practices jaise pranayama aur meditation ki madad le sakte hain. Ye na sirf aapko relaxed mehsoos karayenge, infact apke skin par bhi accha asar dalte hain. Koshish kijiye, deep breathing exercises subah uth ke 10-15 minute ke liye.
