Pre-menstrual spotting for 4 days before periods - #20339

I'm 26 year old female facing an issue of pre menstrual spotting for 3 to 4 days before my period flow begins. My periods are on time each month but the issue if dark brown discharge before periods is the problem I'm facing from past 5 years. I have hairs on chin as well. I have pear shaped body and weight is stucked and usually increases. Please I hope you give me a right solution that ease my issue.

There maybe hormonal imbalance in your body. Firstly go for ultrasonography to rule out any cyst. Soak 1 tsf of dana methi(seeds) in a cup of water overnight. then next morning drink that water and chew the soaked seeds empty stomach. This will help in balancing hormones.
