अगर आपने 5 महीने की प्रेग्नेंसी में एक बार कच्चा आम नमक, मिर्च और नींबू लगाकर खाया है और उसके बाद कोई परेशानी नहीं हुई, तो सामान्यतः घबराने की जरूरत नहीं है। एक बार खाने से आमतौर पर नुकसान नहीं होता। लेकिन आयुर्वेद अनुसार: ज्यादा खट्टा, तीखा और नमकीन भोजन पित्त बढ़ा सकता है इससे एसिडिटी, जलन, पेट में भारीपन या गैस बढ़ सकती है अगर पाचन पहले से कमजोर है, तो ऐसे खाद्य सीमित मात्रा में ही लेने चाहिए अब क्या करें आज हल्का और सुपाच्य भोजन लें पर्याप्त पानी और नारियल पानी लें बहुत ज्यादा मसालेदार या खट्टा भोजन आज avoid करें यदि जलन हो तो ठंडा दूध, सौंफ या थोड़ा घी लाभकारी हो सकता है
