First rule out pregnancy with a urine test. If negative, it is likely hormonal delay. Rajahpravartini vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food Ashokarishta – 15 ml twice daily after food Shatavari churna – 1 tsp with warm milk at bedtime Maintain regular sleep and avoid stress.
