I have psoriasis, skin irritation and redness on my face - #21258

I have psoriasis from past 12 years, it started from scalp, after taking so many consultation from allopathy doctors this is not visible but still in extreme cold or hot weather it started flare up, ryt now it's on my butts and pubic area, and on my face redness is there, I always feels bloated. I have gastric issues and constipation. I have sensitive skin.

Regular exercise, specifically yoga or brisk walking in the early morning, helps maintain balance in your doshas and aids digestion.

Serious about your digestive fire, Agni, which appears weak due to bloating and constipation. Consider drinking warm water with a teaspoon of ginger and lemon each morning. Triphala churna, a classical Ayurvedic formulation, can further support digestive health and regular bowel movements. Take it at night with warm water.

For facial redness, applying a soothing aloe vera gel or sandalwood paste can be calming. Avoid harsh chemical-based products; opt for natural remedies, and make sure you’re well-hydrated, sipping water throughout the day to flush out toxins.

Remember to maintain a consistent sleep schedule, ensuring you get 7-8 hours of rest each night. Allow yourself time for adequate stress-relieving practices, such as meditation or deep breathing exercises, which are crucial.
