Hello I'm 27 year old female I'm facing hairloss since 5 years.Earlier my hair was so thick naw I'm already lost 70% hair I have done blood test in which my vitamin D level was 5ng am talking medicine for vitamin d3 .but I'm loosing hair above 100 strands daily. Its a female pattern hairfall .please guide me

In Ayurveda, it’s often linked to an imbalance in the Pitta dosha or sometimes a combination of Pitta and Vata.

First up, keep calm. Stress, it’s a biggie, can contribute to hair issues. Try some relaxation techniques, like meditation or yoga—even just a few minutes a day can make a difference.

Diet is key here too. Since you’re taking vitamin D3, that’s great! But also include foods that are high in other vitamins and minerals, like iron, zinc, and omega-3s. Think leafy greens, nuts, seeds, and maybe even amla, which is like a powerhouse for your hair. You could have amla juice in the morning—say, about 20 ml on an empty stomach or amla powder mixed with water if the juice is tough to find.

Then there’s the scalp; make sure to keep it healthy. Massaging your scalp with warm bhringraj oil or coconut oil like twice a week can improve blood circulation. Just let it sit for about 30 minutes before you wash it off. And be gentle, don’t yank your hair while combing it, try using a wide-toothed comb, it’s way gentler.

Avoid hot showers, skip them if you can, and opt for lukewarm water instead, it’s less harsh on your scalp and hair. Ah, and also keep hydrated. Water keeps the body’s tissues moist and helps with nutrient absorption, making sure the nutrients you’re taking reach the hair follicles.

And hey, if there’s no improvement after a couple of months, or if things get more severe, consider seeing your doctor or a specialist, they’ll offer more detailed guidance. But hang in there; it really is about finding balance.
