I am really struggling with my PCOS hair loss and I've tried so many things that just didn't work. A few months ago, I was totally at my wit’s end, like, I couldn’t even recognize myself in the mirror. I started noticing my hair thinning more than usual, and honestly, it felt devastating, you know? I read all these blogs about how I can reverse my PCOS hair loss naturally, but nothing was clicking for me. Recently, I met this friend who mentioned she didn't have to resort to all those fancy treatments and told me about some natural remedies. I'm curious if anyone else has figured out how they reversed their PCOS hair loss naturally? What worked for you? I have heard things like dietary changes or specific herbal remedies but I'm kinda confused. Sometimes I think maybe it’s more about stress management or other lifestyle changes?
