How to stopped hair fall and white hair regrow new hai - #22833

I am facing serious haifall on my crown area and white hair also please help and suggest how can i cure from this issue and regrow the new hair i also try many oil and shampoo but after certain time they not wrked

Firstly, considering your crown hair fall, look into your diet. Reduce Pitta-aggravating foods like spicy, fried, and overly salty items. Incorporate cooling and calming foods, such as cucumbers, leafy greens, and berries. Hydration is key, so drink plenty of water with a few drops of fresh lemon. Coconut water can also be very nourishing and cooling for the scalp.

For white hairs, increase intake of iron-rich vegetables and herbs like amla (Indian gooseberry)—which can be consumed as a juice or powder—as it enhances pigmentation and strengthens hair roots. Amla can also be applied externally with coconut oil; warm a mixture of amla powder and coconut oil and use it to gently massage your scalp, focusing on the crown.

Avoid synthetic shampoos that may contain harsh chemicals, try using a home-prepared rinse with reetha (soap nut) and shikakai instead. These herbs not only cleanse but also nourish the scalp. Boil a handful of each in water, let it cool, strain, and use as a gentle wash.

Stress is another contributor to both hair fall and premature greying. Regular practices of yoga and pranayama can balance your doshas and enhance blood circulation to the scalp. Spend at least 15-20 minutes daily on deep breathing exercises like anulom vilom. Consider meditation or simple mindfulness practices for overall well-being.

Also, assess your lifestyle. Late nights, inadequate sleep, and high stress can amplify hair issues. Ensure you get enough rest—aim for a regular sleep schedule, keeping away from electronic screens an hour before bed.

Remember, restoring the health of your hair is a gradual process, and consistency is essential. If symptoms persist or worsen, it would be wise to consult with a professional for a more personalized approach.
