I am really struggling with this psoriasis flare-up that just won't go away! It started last summer, and I've tried everything from over-the-counter stuff to some prescription creams, but nothing seems to give me long-lasting relief. I red some people talking about natural remedies on this forum and honestly, I'm curious! What is the best cream to treat psoriasis? Like, what do you guys recommend? I've heard mixing herbal oils could help and even switching my diet a bit, but I'm kinda lost. Any tips or specific cream brands that you found helpful would be amazing. Just want to feel normal again without itching and all this redness!
