Hi, this is Prem sagar, age - 22, these types of problems I am facing from last 6 months,Receding hairline, hair thinning and decreasing hair density.so please advise me to how can I grow up my hair naturally,

Take amalaki rasayan 1-0-1 after food with water Ashwagandha churan 1tsp with water at bedtime Avipattikar tablet 1-0-1 after food with water Lightly massage on scalp twice weekly Neelibhringar oil / amla hair oil, keep it overnight and morning wash your hair with mild herbal soap/ shampoo. Include sesame seeds Pomegranate fruit/ juice daily in your diet Avoid direct Sun rays exposure, on head, wear hat/ or use umbrella when going out.

Avoid addiction if any. Avoid spicy, oily and processed food. Regular exercise. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Cow ghee nasya daily at bedtime. Tab.Saptamrut lauh 2-0-2 Cap.Trich up 2-0-2 Massage on scalp with Bhrigraj oil twice a week.

TREATMENT GOAL -balance pitta and vata dosha-primary culprits in hair loss -nourish and strengthen hair follicles -detoxify the body -improve scalp circulation -promote regrowth using rejuvenating herbs

INTERNALLY START WITH 1)KESH KING CAPSULES(charak pharma)- 1 cap twice daily after meals =strengthens hair roots, nourish from within

2)DIVYA KESH TAILA CAP(Patanjali)- 1 cap twice daily =works on scalp circulation, hair regrowth

3)AMALAKI CAP(himalaya)- 1 cap once daily in morning =antioxidants, support hair pigmentation and strength

4)KESHA RAKSHA TAB(impcops)- 2 tabs twice daily =trusted ayurveda formulation for hair health

5)TRIKATU TABLETS(himalaya)- 1 tab after meals =poor digestion, bloating

AVOID -fried, spicy, oily food -junk food, carbonated drinks -excess tea/coffee -late night meals or skipping meals -red meat, alcohol, smoking

YOGA AND LIFESTLYE MODIFICATIONS

YOGA (15-20 Min daily) -sarvangasana- improves scalp circulation -adho mukha savasana- downward dog -sasangasana- rabbit pose -balayam-nail rubbing= 5-10 min daily -sukhasana+anulom vilom= 5-10 min daily

LIFESTYLE -sleep by 10:30pm, 7-8 hours of rest -reduce screen time post-sunset -do head massage before sleep at least 2-3 times/week -avoid excessive heat/sun exposure on scalp

SHAMPPOS ADVICE -bio kelp protein shampoo- twice a week -trichup herbal shampoo

-Initial result-less hair fall, better texture= 4-6 weeks -new hair growth, regaining density= 3-6 months -complete reversal of receding hairline may not be guaranteed, but halting progression and regaining volume is very likely with consistency.
