I am really curious about this combo I keep hearing folks talk about. Lately, I've been feeling really low on energy and kinda anxious all the time. A friend suggested I try ashwagandha for stress relief, and I’ve read that it’s good!! But then I stumbled upon shilajit — seems like everyone raves about it boosting energy. I just got some ashwagandha powder and have been using it for a week now, but I'm not sure if adding shilajit is a good idea. Can we take ashwagandha and shilajit together? One thing I noticed is that sometimes I get these weird stomach aches after taking the ashwagandha, and I’m kinda worried about mixing the two. Also, my friend mentioned something about energy levels maybe not blending well? I really want to try this out tho! 🤔 Would they actually work well together or could there be any risk? Just looking for some insights from you all!

However, if you’re experiencing stomach aches, this might be a sign that your digestive fire, or agni, is not in optimal condition. Make sure to take ashwagandha with warm milk or honey, as it can be heavy and might create discomfort if taken on an empty stomach.

When it comes to shilajit, start with a small dose — ideally a pea-sized amount if you’re using the resin form. Take it with warm water or milk. Monitor how your digestive system reacts.
