I am really struggling with some dark spots on my face, and I’ve been trying everything to get rid of them! Like, a few months ago, I started noticing these dark patches, and they’ve just gotten worse. I've done some research and came across people saying that taking vitamin E capsules might help!!! Does vitamin E capsule remove dark spots? I mean, I heard it can be good for skin but is it for real? I tried using vitamin E oil directly too, but honestly, I’m not seeing much difference. Sometimes I feel like I'm just wasting my time and money! I’ve been reading about all these creams and serums, and they just don’t seem to work as well as everyone says. Does anyone have experience with the vitamin E capsule route?? Like, should I be taking them daily or just applying it topically? Any tips would be great! Just really wish I could clear up my skin. Thanks in advance!
