I am really worried about my hair. I'm only 32, but I’ve noticed grey hairs popping up a lot lately. It's super frustrating because I've always taken care of my hair, you know? Like, I eat well and try to avoid stress, but those darn grey hairs just keep multiplying. Last month, during a particularly hectic week at work, I found a whole bunch. 😞 I even started researching how to cure grey hair 'cause it feels like I'm aging too fast. I came across some natural remedies but not sure what really works, like does curry leaf oil actually help? My grandma swears by some old tricks but they seem kinda outdated. Anyone here knows how to cure grey hair without turning to dye? I’m not so sure about chemical colors, I’d like to keep it natural. Also, do you think there’s any connection between stress and grey hair? Ugh, sorry if I'm rambling but I really need tips!

Stress can indeed accelerate hair greying by increasing free radicals that damage hair follicles. So, it’s great that you’re already conscious about managing stress. In Ayurveda, incorporating practices like Pranayama and meditation can help calm the mind and balance Pitta dosha.
