I am really starting to stress about my premature grey hair. Like, I noticed a few strands popping up when I was just in my early 20s, and now it feels like they multiply overnight! It's sooo frustrating, especially since no one in my family had this issue until way later in life. I've tried a couple of different things, but nothing seems to work!!! I've heard that using oils might help restore some color, but I keep wondering which oil is best for premature grey hair? My friends keep telling me about coconut and castor oil, but I’m not really sure if they do anything substantial? I’ve also read online that essential oils like rosemary might be effective. Today's my day off and I'm finally thinking to give this a go. Can anyone share insights on which oil is best for premature grey hair and if there’s a specific way to use them? Like, do I need to do it daily or just a few times a week? Any help would be super appreciated!

Among oils, bhringraj oil is highly regarded in Ayurveda for its rejuvenating properties for hair. In your case, since greying seems an early concern, bhringraj may offer some benefits.

To use bhringraj oil, apply it directly to your scalp methodically massaging it in to enhance blood circulation which stimulates hair roots. Leave the oil in your hair for at least 30-45 minutes; if you can, overnight is even better. Aim for doing this 2-3 times per week.
