I am really confused about this whole thing with curd. Lately, I've been hearing people say that eating curd is good for hair! Like, seriously? A few weeks ago, I noticed my hair looking really dull and falling out more than usual. I started a new diet, trying to be healthier, but I'm not sure if it's helping or making things worse. I found out that curd is packed with nutrients, but I can't figure out how much I should be eating for it to actually make a difference. I usually just add some curd to my meals, but I'm not eating it every day. I also stumbled across some articles saying that applying curd to my scalp could help too. Is eating curd good for hair? Should I be eating it more, or is it enough if I just mix it in with my meals? And what about other ways to use curd for my hair? How long before I can see results? Starting to feel really frustrated about my hair situation. Any advice would be amazing!
