I work on laptop n so I get alot of eye strain, I have high eye power -7. I'm having pcos and I'm pre diabetic.

The 20-20-20 rule is golden: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away, for at least 20 seconds. Easy, just need to develop this habit.

Let’s talk about your diet, which is pretty crucial. Given your PCOS and pre-diabetes, keeping your diet balanced is super key. Try to include more green leafy veggies, whole grains, and fibrous foods. Bitter gourd (karela) can be great coz it might help with blood sugar stability, plus provides good nourishment for your eyes. Stay clear of processed foods and refined sugars - they’re not your friends.

For eyes, triphala is brilliant. You can make a simple triphala eyewash. Soak triphala powder overnight in water (filtered is best), strain in the morning, and use that water to splash your eyes gently. It gives relief, promise.

And, ghee-eye drops (NETRA TARPANA) that’s another one! No, not directly, but a pinch of triphala mixed with ghee and kept on a sterile cloth over closed eyes each night can be calming.

Also, hydration is important - dehydration only makes things worse. Drink water, herb teas, maybe tulsi or ginger, tweak a bit based on your taste.
