Thyroid can be cured with regular diet, pranayam and yogasan You will need ayurvedic medicine initially to fast-track results. If it is too high to control fast you may need allopathy initially, parallel ayurvedic treatment. As TSH reduces allopathic medicine can be tappered off. Early to bed and early to rise need to be followed. To avoid relapse U need to do panchakarma detoxification under ayurvedic doctor .
