I am suffering from Scalp psoriasis - #30925

I am Suffering from Scalp psoriasis last 2year. Itchin, dry scalp, redness on scalp. When itched bleeding started from scalp and again 3-4days dey scalp started from scalp. I need permanent solution from this

1.gandhaka rasaya 2-0-2 before food 2.nimbadi guggulu 1-1-1 after food 3.aragwadadi kashaya 15 ml-0-15 ml with equal quantity of water before food 4.swadishta virechaka choorna 1tsp with warm milk daily night before bed.
