I am 20 years old I face massive hair fall more than normal. My hair density deacrease. I also have grey hair since I was 16 years old.Now my all (aproax 80 percent) hairs are grey. I don't understand what I do. Please suggest me something

Start with Amalaki rasayan 1-0-1 after food with water Ashwagandha churan 0-0-1tsp at bedtime with water Apply a paste of bhringraj powder+ Amla powder + red onion juice mix and apply on scalp twice weekly keep for 10 minutes and wash Apply mahabhringraj hair oil on scalp once weekly keep overnight and wash with anti hairfall shampoo… Avoid direct Sun rays exposure wear hat or use umbrella when going out during the day.
