M29 High intraocular pressure 24 in both eyes using drops Bidin LS eye drop - #32731

I facing high eye pressure from last 1 and half year with drops it was in control but from last 6 month it is again showing inbetween 21 to 24. Doctor has advised to do YAG PI. Should I go with or should check some alternative option like reiki accupressure or accupuncture. My ayurvedic advised me to reduce weight by 20kg and inflammation from body. I have a high IgE level 3200. Doctor advised to lover it down that might help. I am taking himalaya bressol tablet for it. Can you guide more what should I do? I thought of doing Reiki and Healing too want to get down pressure naturally
