I am really curious about this SNA Dhaatriaadi Ghrutam stuff. Recently, I’ve been dealing with some stuff that’s been really frustrating. My skin has been acting up, like super dry and flaky, and on top of that, I’ve been feeling kinda sluggish. A friend of mine mentioned SNA Dhaatriaadi Ghrutam and said it might help with skin issues and boosting energy. I tried some other things, but they weren't working, so I thought, hey, why not give this SNA Dhaatriaadi Ghrutam a shot? But honestly, I’m not sure. I read that it’s great for Kapha dosha imbalance, but how do I know if that’s what I need? Like, I get such mixed signals from my body. Sometimes I feel all puffy, other times just plain lethargic. I wonder if anyone here has actually used SNA Dhaatriaadi Ghrutam for similar issues or maybe for energy boosting? Did it really work for you? And how do I take it?
