In Ayurveda, steam inhalation with eucalyptus oil or a pinch of turmeric can relieve sinus congestion and thus reduce swelling. Try this once a day, especially during early evenings.

For applying Methi for hair care, yes, it is often recommended in Ayurveda for improving hair health.
