I am totally confused about a skin issue I've been having. Like, for a few months now, I've had this dry, flaky skin on my elbows and knees, and it’s just so annoying!! I’ve tried loads of moisturizers, but they don't really work for me. I heard about this Sitaram Chemparuthyadi Coconut Oil from a friend, and they swears by it for skin issues. She said it helps with dryness and is super nourishing, but like, I don't know if I shoud try it or not? I’ve read a bit about how Sitaram Chemparuthyadi Coconut Oil can be helpful due to its properties. But the thing is, my skin can be sensitive sometimes, and I'm worried if it’ll make it worse or cause some kind of reaction. Also, how should I even use this oil?
