I am really struggling with some hair issues lately. For, like, the past few months, my hair has been falling out a lot—like, way more than usual—and it's kinda freaking me out! I’ve tried a bunch of stuff, but nothing seems to work. A friend mentioned Nagarjuna Neelibhrungaadi Coconut Oil and said it worked wonders for her. I read online that it's supposed to help with hair fall and maybe even promote growth? Like, is this stuff really as good as people say? I have oily roots but dry ends, which makes no sense, right? Tried using oils before, but they just make my scalp feel heavier and, honestly, kinda gross. But I’m willing to give it a shot since I’m kinda desperate for a fix. How exactly do I use Nagarjuna Neelibhrungaadi Coconut Oil? Do I put it on my scalp, or just the ends, or both? Should I leave it on overnight or just a few hours?
