I am really struggling with my dark lips lately. It all started a few months ago, I think I was using some lipsticks and maybe the sun exposure made it worse?? I didn’t notice at first, but my friends have started teasing me about it, saying it looks like I’ve been eating chocolate or something, which of course, isn’t true! Anyway, I’ve tried some scrubs and even those lip balms that say they lighten dark lips, but nothing seems to be working and I feel a bit lost. I sometimes wonder if it’s just a skin issue or if I did something wrong eating-wise. Like, could it be my love for spicy food?? I read somewhere that it’s possible diet affects lip pigmentation but not sure. I also drink a bit less water than I should so maybe dehydration? I am also worried if changing my products too often is part of the problem. I’ve heard about different remedies, home treatments, or even Ayurvedic options on how to remove dark lips. Has anyone had success with natural methods? I’m open to suggestions, really just want my normal lip color back! Would love to hear tips on how to remove dark lips. Thank you!
