I am really struggling over here with this annoying eye swelling issue. It started about a week ago after I tried this new face cream, which probably wasn’t the best idea, right? I woke up one morning with my eyelids all puffy, and honestly, it's really frustrating because I don't know how to reduce eye swelling effectively. I've tried cold compresses, which help a bit temporarily but the swelling keeps coming back! Also, I've noticed that when I eat salty foods or snacks late at night, it seems to get worse. Like the other night, I had some leftover pizza and the next day—bam!—my eyes looked like they were on vacation or something. I've read a bunch on how to reduce eye swelling, but it all sounds kind of overwhelming. Do I need to change my diet completely? Or could that be a allergy to something, maybe pollen or the new cream I used? I've even thought about using those over-the-counter creams, but I worry about side effects. Anyone have advice on how to reduce eye swelling that actually worked for them? Like, if you tried something and saw real results, please share! I just want my eyes to look normal again!
