I am really worried about my hair loss recently. Last few months, I've noticed I'm shedding way more than usual. I mean, like clumps in the shower and piles on my pillow! I try not to stress about it, you know, but it’s hard when I wake up and see all these strands on my comb. I’m like, “Why my hair is falling so much?” I keep asking my friends, and they say maybe it’s stress or my diet, but I feel like I'm eating okay? Honestly, I thought it was just a phase or something. My grandma had beautiful thick hair until, well, she was much older. I’m in my twenties and shouldn't be dealing with this. I tried some shampoos that claim to help but no luck. And maybe its the chemicals that are messing with my scalp?? I don’t really know but, ugh, why my hair is falling so much? I mean, I used to have this great volume but now it's like, thinning out, and I'm freaking out every time I see the mirror. Really hoping someone here can shed some light or recommend a good remedy or something. Are there any ayurvedic treatments or herbs that can help? I am open to anything, really!
