I am really struggling with my hair lately and could use some advice. My hair has been feeling super dry and brittle, and I've been noticing some thinning too, which is really worrying me. A friend of mine mentioned to me about essential oils and how they can help with hair health, but honestly, I don’t know which essential oil is good for hair. I've tried a couple of things like coconut oil and olive oil, but they haven’t really worked like I hoped. I saw some posts online about lavender oil, rosemary oil, and even tea tree oil being pretty good for promoting hair growth and conditioning but, I’m just not sure. I mean, can using essential oils really make a big difference? Does anyone here use them regularly? If so, which essential oil is good for hair that you swear by? Also, how do you apply it - like do you mix it with a carrier oil or just use it straight? I feel a bit lost and could really use some effective recommendations before I go spending a lot of money on products that might not work. Thanks in advance for any tips!
