I am really struggling with this persistent issue of lip pigmentation, and I'm at my wits' end. For the past six months, I’ve noticed my lips becoming darker, especially the edges. It’s kinda weird and honestly, a little embarrassing. I tried different lip balms and even some home remedies like lemon juice, but nothing seems to work! I do wear lipstick, but i’m not sure if that could be making it worse. I read that stress and diet can contribute to lip pigmentation, and honestly, my life has been pretty hectic lately with work and all the other stuff, so maybe that’s part of it? I don’t know. Plus, I haven't been eating as healthy as I should, and I constantly feel a bit dehydrated which could be affecting my skin as well. I’m really hoping to learn how to treat lip pigmentation in a more natural way. I’ve heard of some Ayurvedic remedies—like using ghee or something punjabi—should I try that? Is there any other stuff you suggest that might be effective? I really just want my lips to be their normal color again. Ugh, I even tried to do some online searches, but them were just overwhelming. Any tips or personal experiences would be super helpful!
