I am really struggling with these dark patches around my mouth lately. Like, it started a few months ago after I noticed my skin getting a bit patchy, but now it just feels like it's getting worse. I've tried a bunch of creams, and I'm drinking plenty of water, but nothing seems to work! I even consulted a dermatologist, but they just suggested some expensive treatments. That's when I thought maybe Ayurvedic remedies could help? I've read a bit about herbs like turmeric and neem, but I'm unsure about what exactly I should do. Can anyone share tips on how to reduce blackness around mouth? Either home remedies or any natural approaches from Ayurveda that might be effective? Also, is there a specific routine I should follow or any particular lifestyle changes that would complement these remedies? It's really bothering me, and I feel like I've tried so much already!
