Dear, please answer the following question: I am a pitta-kapha dosha and I am currently using triphala. Since I have an eye problem, degenerative changes in the retina, I noticed an improvement when I took vitamin C, but my stomach was bothered by it. I felt bloated and heaviness all over my body. So I need your recommendation on which source of vitamin C is best for my dosha. I was thinking about using acerola. Thanks for the answer and best regards. Natasha
