Seeking Clarity Without Glasses - #46226

The number 8f my glasses is -14. I wish to see clearly without glasses. I have started to look at the sunrays of first 2 hours of sunrise. My dream is to be without glasses. My age is 41, a lady and unmarried.

To go without glasses will take a very long time to see results, but yes your number can be reduced slowly. Start with Saptamritlauh 1-0-1 after food with water Triphala grith 2 tsp twice daily before food with warm milk. Netra Tarpan treatment with triphala grith at ayurvedic centre. Do palming eye rotation exercises Tratak gazing exercises 2-3 times daily.
