Hello dear, aapke mataji ki ear ki ringing hm smj skte hai, aapne unka age nhi bataya but mei man k chalungi k woh 40-45+ honge.
Sbse pehle toh aapke apne najdeeki ENT specialist ya Ayurvedic Shalakya tantra MD/MS ko consult karana chahiye. Kyunki woh ear examination karenge agar wax ya kuch aur hai? Agar kan ke parde me hole hai toh ye sb dekhna hoga woh aapko Ayurvedic ya allopathic dono hi bata denge.
Jb tk aap nhi jate tb tk: 1. Tablet Sarivadi Vati 2-0-2 (after food) 2. Ashwagandha Churn 1 tsp with warm milk (before bed) 3. Brahmi ghabvati 1-0-1 ( after food)
4. Biwadi tailam (2-2 drops in each ear) But kan ke parde me hole h toh nhi kr skte hai. Toh ye paramarsh krne k bad hi krna hai. 5. Nasya with anutailam (2 drops in each nostrils)
Diet: ghee ka sevan badha dijiye. Thandi, vat badhane wali cheezo se dur rahe. Coffee chai bandh karna hai. Bahar jane se pehle ears mei cotton dalna hai. Nahate wakt ears mei pani nhi jana chahiye.! Hair oil krna hai. Raat ko sone se pehle pairo ke talwe mei b oil laga k sona hai.
But nearest dr se pehle check krwa lijiye, aur agar Ayurvedic Dr k pas karna karnapuran ki facility hai toh woh krwa lijiye. Bohot fayda ho jayega
